Seating/ Escort Cards

'Seating' or 'escort' cards are a fantastic alternative to table plans. Your guest's name and the table they are sitting on is written in calligraphy on a small card which is waiting for them to collect at the entrance of the dining area. The great advantage of escort cards is that your guests don't have to go back to the seating plan if they forget their table number whilst chatting to someone on the way to their seat.

Another alternative is to use escort envelopes. These have your guest's name written on the front in calligraphy. Inside these envelopes is a little card which shows your guest the table on which they are sitting. This gives you the flexibility to rearrange your seating plan at last minute if required.
